1. Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if you have any issues with your order, please email us at info@loganpetitlot.ca and we will address these on a case-by-case basis. If your products were damaged in transit, please email us pictures and details within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Shipping Policy and Shipping Rates

We ship every Wednesday. Orders placed before noon on Tuesday (EST) will ship on Wednesday.

·    Free shipping in Canada on orders of $100 and more.

·    Orders in the Greater Montreal Area are shipped with a carbon neutral delivery service.

Please make sure to provide a valid shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’d be happy to reship it, but additional shipping costs will apply.

3. Payment

Orders placed on our website must be paid by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

4. Price

Retail prices shown are in Canadian dollars, before taxes and shipping. 

5. Discount codes

Discount codes used on our website are calculated before taxes and shipping. There is a maximum of one discount code per order at all times.

6. Allergens

All our products may contain : peanuts, tree nuts (all types) and sesame seeds.
