VANILLA & PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM

Only 5 ingredients. No ice cream maker. Ready in just a few minutes. The base of this recipe comes from Food Network Kitchen (we can't take all the credit!), but we couldn't resist adding our Peanut Butter Sea Salt for a rich, swirled finish that's completely irresistible. Feel free to add chocolate chips, chopped nuts or any other mix-ins you love, but between us, we think it's perfect just the way it is.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 container (473 ml / 1 pint) whipping cream (35%)
  • 1 can (300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ⅓ cup Peanut Butter Sea Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Using a stand mixer or hand mixer, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla powder and a pinch of salt. Mix on low speed just until combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an 8-inch square pan and spread evenly.
  4. Spoon the peanut butter over the top and use a knife or spatula to create a swirl.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for at least 5 hours.
  6. Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and enjoy!
