GIANT PEANUT BUTTER CUP
INGREDIENTS- 1 plain rice cake
- 1-2 tbsp Peanut Butter Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp 70% dark chocolate
- Flaky sea salt (Maldon style)
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the stovetop.
- Spread peanut butter onto your rice cake.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and spread evenly. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until hardened.
- Enjoy once the chocolate is set!
