GIANT PEANUT BUTTER CUP

INGREDIENTS
- 1 plain rice cake
- 1-2 tbsp Peanut Butter Sea Salt
- 2 tbsp 70% dark chocolate

- Flaky sea salt (Maldon style)

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or on the stovetop.
  2. Spread peanut butter onto your rice cake.
  3. Spread peanut butter onto your rice cake.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter and spread evenly. Sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  5. Place in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until hardened.
  6. Enjoy once the chocolate is set!
