Considered the queen of spices, green cardamom is a very aromatic spice native to India. We purchase ours from Epices de cru and grind it just before incorporating it into our nut butter to preserve its delicious aromatic oils. We then add pieces of crystallized ginger, maple sugar and a pinch of sea salt. The result is a burst of flavours that will spark your taste buds!
As always, we use organic and fair trade cashews from Burkina Faso. These cashews are bought raw and roasted at very low temperature in our workshop. We then turn them into a creamy nut butter.
